Terms of Sale

These are the terms you agree to when you buy from this store. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy, and all three apply together.

1 · Who you are buying from

This store is operated by BluOrchid Aesthetics, a doctor-led aesthetic clinic at Plot 113, beside Medplus Pharmacy, Hakeem Dickson, Lekki Phase 1, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, trading as 8SKIN PRO.

2 · Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that you are.

3 · What the product is, and what it is not

The 8SKIN PRO Pigment Correction System is a cosmetic skincare system. It is formulated to help improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation, support a healthy skin barrier and help prevent new pigmentation from returning.

It is not a medicine. It does not treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition. It is not a bleaching or whitening product, and nothing we sell is intended to lighten your natural complexion.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using prescription treatments, speak to a medical professional before changing your routine.

Results vary between individuals. Skin responds differently depending on consistency, sun exposure, hormones, barrier condition and what else is being used. We make no guarantee of a specific outcome and we never will, because nobody honestly can.

4 · Placing an order

Adding the system to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may decline an order, and will tell you why and refund you in full if we do. Reasons include the product being out of stock, a pricing or description error, a payment we cannot verify, a delivery address we cannot serve, or a suspected fraudulent order.

Please check your delivery address carefully before you submit. Section 7 of our Refund Policy explains what happens if it is wrong.

5 · Price and payment

All prices are in Nigerian naira and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is taken through Paystack, who accept card, bank transfer and USSD. Your card details are handled entirely by Paystack and never reach this site. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.

If a price is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, and you can either pay the correct price or receive a full refund.

6 · The launch price

The launch price of ₦120,000 is available for a limited period and, where stated, for a limited number of boxes. When the launch period ends the price returns to the regular price of ₦150,000.

We may extend, shorten or close the launch at our discretion. The price you pay is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout. We do not retrospectively adjust orders that were placed at a different price.

7 · This is not a preorder

When you place an order you are buying the product, not reserving it and not paying a deposit. Your order is processed through our normal fulfilment process.

8 · The consultation credit

Launch purchases include a ₦50,000 BluOrchid consultation credit. It can be applied toward an eligible consultation or treatment at BluOrchid Aesthetics, subject to the clinic's own terms and to availability.

The credit has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money, refunded, sold or transferred to another person. It is issued to the person who placed the order.

A consultation is a professional conversation about your skin. It is not a guarantee of any particular treatment, outcome or recommendation.

9 · Delivery

We deliver through more than one courier partner, and which one carries your order depends on where you are. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has cleared in full.

If your order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete or does not arrive, our Refund and Returns Policy sets out exactly what we will do.

10 · Returns

Returns are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we replace or refund anything damaged, wrong or missing, we accept unopened boxes back within 7 days, and we cannot accept opened cosmetic products for hygiene reasons.

11 · Our content

Everything on this site, including the text, photography, product names, packaging design, video and the 8SKIN PRO and BluOrchid names and marks, belongs to us or is used with permission.

You may read it, share links to it, and print a copy for your own use. You may not copy it, republish it, resell it or use it commercially without our written permission.

12 · Anything you send us

If you send us a review, a photograph, a video or a comment, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it in our marketing, and you confirm that it is your own, that it is honest, and that anyone shown in it has agreed.

You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using it going forward.

13 · Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for supplying a product that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality, and for the things we say we will do in these terms and in our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses arising from your own misuse of the product or from ignoring the instructions, for any business loss, or for delays caused by events genuinely outside our control such as courier failure, industrial action, power or network outage, flooding or civil disruption.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here removes your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

14 · Using this site properly

Please do not attempt to break into the site, disrupt it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do.

15 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the day you placed it, so changes are not applied backwards.

16 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If something has gone wrong, please talk to us first. Most things are resolved with one message.
